I've had my 2013 Wrangler in for service on 3 occassions since I bought it. My first time was for a complimentary oil change. The second service was to replace a faulty water pump and the third occassions since I bought it. My first time was for a complimentary oil change. They provided the service as requested in the amount of time that I was promised. All work was completed in a quality manner. I have owned several different brands over the years, from BMW to Lexus and from Ford to Audi. This was my first attempt at owning a Mopar product. I had seen that the model I purchased (300C AWD Varva from BMW to Lexus and from Ford to Audi. This was my first attempt at owning a Mopar product. I had seen that the model I purchased (300C AWD Varvatos Edition) had some deep dealer incentives and factory rebates, which lured me into the dealership. I was skeptical of Chrysler products because I have no experience with them, but Terry and Dan made me feel comfortable with my decision to purchase the 300C and 24 hours into owning it I am really enjoying it. Terry and Dan were willing to expedite the buying process to meet the demands of my schedule. To top that off, Terry was on the less pushier side of care salesmen, which I can appreciate. I was considering a BMW 335i and an Infiniti M37x and both dealers I visited I felt that I had to declare my desire that they abstain from the hard sale and that I make decisions on my own time. I didn't even feel the need to address this with Terry. While my next car might not necessarily be a Mopar product, it very well could be and I wouldn't hesitate to bring my business back to Terry and Overland Park Jeep Dodge Ram Chrysler.e More

I highly recommend going to Frank Weems for your used car consideration. Joe Pippins was excellent in the finance/delivery phase of the vehicle. Joe was able to beat the bank rate with my bank that I had pre-approval for. I would recommend getting pre-approval from your bank on a comparible car, and let the finance team try to beat your rate. In this case they beat it, and earned my business. My main concern with the delivery and finance department was the extended warrenty. The extended warrenty that I purchased includes free oil changes from any chrysler dodge jeep ram dealer in the country. I have not taken the car in yet as it was just purchased, but I will be expecting a free oil change from my local chrysler dodge jeep ram when I do. Overall the experience was great, and we are thrilled with our recent used car purchase from Overland Park Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram.
