I just purchased my first new car, a Jeep Compass earlier this week. Coming in, I was a very indecisive car buyer. The time of my first test drive to the time I purchased my Jeep was over a month. Terry was very patient and helpful answering all of my questions, about the compass and the car-buying process. He worked with my schedule and even made time on his day off to get the ball rolling for me when I was ready to purchase. The Compass I wanted was at a different dealer and Terry worked with us on pricing to make it worth while to go with the exact one I wanted. There was some confusion on financing over the phone, and when we came in to sign the papers it didn't exactly match what I was previously told as far as who the finacing would be through, however, Joe Pippins was extremely thorough and lucky for me, the financing ended up being better than I was told over the phone. Joe gave me additional advice, going above and beyond the basic paper signing process, and it was very helpful and appreciated. Though there were SRT8's available in all the dealer inventories, the price offered was very competetive which made me take a brand new car (as per my requirements) which differed by few thousand dollars when comaperd to pre-owned 2013 fully loaded SRT8 and I got the best price from Overland Park Dodge which I could not refuse. Sales person Terry was very friendly in aswering all my questions even though he was taking off on a weekday. All my conversations went through the phone like pricing, financing, APR etc etc and what not and I drove one weekend to the showroom and drove the car back home. I had my Jeep in today (10/04/13) for a routine oil change and recall service to my 2007 Jeep Gr Cherokee LTD. It was completed within 1 1/2 hours in addition to a vehicle checkup. During the vehicle checkup they noticed a nail in the right rear tire. They repaired the tire for me at no charge. Keep up the First Class Service guys!! More
