Terry Mykin and Joe Pippen really helped me to get into a brand new Jeep TK when I had plenty of issues with my credit. I couldn't have been more happy with the way they handle the matter. My experience was brand new Jeep TK when I had plenty of issues with my credit. I couldn't have been more happy with the way they handle the matter. My experience was excellent and I would advise anyone is looking for a Jeep product to visit Overland Park Jeep. And Scott really helped with all of the aftermarket accessories to make our Jeep look unique and the coolest thing on the road in Shawnee, Kansas. My wife and I are thrilled with jeep that they helped us get. More

We purchased a Chrysler 300C from Overland Park Chrysler after trying to buy locally in NW Arkansas. Terry Mykins was a great help throughout the buying process. Since we are located 200+ miles from the dea after trying to buy locally in NW Arkansas. Terry Mykins was a great help throughout the buying process. Since we are located 200+ miles from the dealership we conducted a trade in evaluation and negotiation by emailing detailed photos of the vehicles. Overland Park Chrysler provided the best purchase price we had seen, and met our trade in value needs. Picking up the car, and checking in the trade in vehicles was a simple process, with no surprises or renegotiation ploys. We highly recommend the dealership to anyone looking for a straight forward process in buying a new vehicle. More

We started dealing with Terry Mykins via e-mail and we were not disappointed when we finally got to the dealership. Everyone we dealt with was super friendly and more than willing to answer any questions were not disappointed when we finally got to the dealership. Everyone we dealt with was super friendly and more than willing to answer any questions we had. I had to lower a few scores overall because of some specific factors but I would say that those factors are the exception rather than the norm. Overall I would recommend this dealership to my friends. Both before and after the sale Terry was friendly and helpful. He let us test drive the Jeep we wanted to look at and once we picked the one we wanted, we flew through the trade-in paperwork in no time. Travis helped us out to finish our loan application paperwork, Scott went over accessory options while we were waiting to get into the finance office, and Dan finalized the financing portion so we could drive away in our 2014 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. No real hassles, no hardcore sales tactics, a pretty straight forward transaction and we got the value we wanted for our trade. Not everything was perfect however. Although filling out the paperwork to apply for financing didn't take long, actually getting in to see Dan seemed like it took forever. I don't know if Dan was the only finance person working that day or what but we waited at least an hour to get into the finance office. Granted, it appeared that Dan had someone in his office most of the time while we waited, it was still a long wait. Once we got into the office Dan moved things right along and we were only in there about 15-20 minutes to finish up. Dan pitched the extended warranties and the associated costs but he wasn't pushy in any way. Due to unforeseen circumstances, the dealership was unable to detail the Jeep before we took delivery. In lieu of that Terry promised the dealership would detail the Jeep for free on another day. The day after we purchased the Jeep, I decided to detail it myself. While I was doing the detail I noticed that there were some unusual spots on the fiberglass top and the plastic fenders. One phone call to Terry and we scheduled a day for me to bring the Jeep down for the spots to be l corrected and the Jeep detailed. I showed up on the scheduled day and the person who needed to examine the Jeep was unavailable. We rescheduled for a different day and everything was taken care of on the second trip. The issue here was that I had to do this during the week and I had to use two vacation days to get the Jeep to the dealership (we live about an hour and half from the dealership). Everything was satisfactorily taken care of but I wish it could have been handled on the first trip. Again, I would recommend this dealership to friends, and most importantly, if I'm in the market for another Chrysler product I will definitely contact Terry. More

The key to a successful experience for a car buyer are the people that represent the dealership. Terry Mykins is a highly professional associate. I had an immediate need of a Dodge Caravan and he took car the people that represent the dealership. Terry Mykins is a highly professional associate. I had an immediate need of a Dodge Caravan and he took care of my every need in a professional, thorough and friendly manner. I was completely satisfied with the buying experience that I had. In addition his thoughtful followup to my purchase is greatly appreciated. In addition, Dan Drabek's careful and thorough explanations on the financing end were also helpful and appreciated. These factors in addition to being able to purchase the exact car that I wanted would be why I would intend to use the Overland park dealership for my future needs whether it be service or purchase. Salesman was nice. But the problem started with the mortgage. The person (african american man, I don't know his name and I do not wanna know his name) did horrible job. Things I hated: 1. He did not mortgage. The person (african american man, I don't know his name and I do not wanna know his name) did horrible job. Things I hated: 1. He did not warn me that I have to go all the way back to NJ to register my car until after I signed the whole contract. (I'm co-signer, I can. He just doesn't know at all. And he keeps saying "This is all I can do so ask the bank or the title person" how irresponsible.) 2. He made the wrong title (and he all blamed on the title making person) 3. I even confirm if I just go DMV when I got the title because it said Kansas. and the front desk person asked him and he said "yes" 4. I went to DMV and DMV person said I have to correct the sales tax so I call him and he said I have to go back to sign something because the title is wrong. 5. I went back and he said I have to go back to NJ and register the car and gave me a piece of paper says that the title has been corrected. 6. I ask for help because that is impossible and also, my temporary plate expires tomorrow, he says "nothing I can do. ask the bank. I already corrected the title" (the day before the plate expires.) I have researched and I CAN REGISTER MY CAR IN KANSAS and what he told me was all wrong. I even asked him "have you ever deal with these kind of contracts?" and he said "no" but he was so sure about not able to register the car directly in Kansas. Working should not be blaming other people. Access of the help is another skill he should have. When costumer does not know, he should have asked other people and etc. to let the costumer know what they can do. Instead of telling the costumer to ask other people because he does not deal with this kind of problme. Also, blaming other people to work is very un-professional. I do not understand how he just blame on other people. I do not know what it was but he was not nice at all after I denied to get warrenty. He asked me 10 times even after I specifically told him "I do not want the warrenty" It was very obvious that what he get paid for is from the warrenty the costumers get. I did not want the warrenty because it almost double my payment. I hope I worked with other person who had better aknowledge. More
