Terry was great! Joseph Pippins business office manager was horrible. He presented the wrong numbers, the economy package was more then the basic package and he did not know how to fix it. My own bank gave me what my monthly payment would be based on a percentage rate, Joe said he could beat that rate by 1% somehow the monthly payment came out the exact same? How does that happen? Joe was also pushy trying to up charge the warranty package. We told him we were not interested and then he kept asking why and wanted reasons. If I bought another car I would go in with my own bank. In fact, in the intervening months between our purchases, we kinda miss him. He is super knowledgeable about Jeeps and Chryslers (we have both). He's warm and friendly, trustworthy to a fault, organized, returns calls promptly. He's just the greatest. The 2013 200S Chrysler convertible we bought had a couple of tiny scratches and the service department rubbed these out perfectly when they detailed the car. Scott Henry was very professional and offered to be our contact if Steve wasn't available. I would feel very comfortable calling Steve or Scott should any problem I arise.
