His professional manner was refreshing to see and helped us to stay with the Jeep family. As you are aware this is our forth Jeep and due to Joe will not be our last. Joe Pippins - The overall experience would have been outstanding except for the manner that Joe Pippins demonstrated. His insistence that everything was correct on the initial contract despite our concerns frustrated us to the point that we almost walked out. Once my wife discovered that the error was on the original price, he decided to blame the sales team, when it was clear it was his transposing some numbers. Also his used car salesman approach to the extended warranty plan caused us to decide to purchase one from another Jeep dealership. I hope someone explains to Joe Pippins that he should always be sincere since some of us can detect disingenuous speech. One last thing to add; when questioned about why he could not give us the 1.89% financing that the Jeep website advertised, he stated that Chrysler always post stuff like that and the dealerships are not part of it. Statements like that sounds like a lawsuit waiting to happen. More
