Overall the experience was great. They allowed me to test drive any vehicle that caught my curiosity, twice. When we contacted Terry Mykins at Overland Park Jeep my wife and I were impressed from the beginning. He was extremely helpful, very fast with any request for information we had. Terry picked me up at the airport and took me to the Dealership. When I arrived at the Dealership to pickup the Grand Cherokee it was ready to go no waiting.
