As a young woman going into a car dealership, I wondered if the sales force would try to pressure me or sucker me when talking about the price. But I test drove and talked numbers and pricing options with a sales rep, and the numbers matched what I had in my mind from researching online before coming to the dealership. OP Jeep Dodge Chrysler also gave a us a good deal on our trade-in. The entire buying process was so easy and FUN, which is what buying a new car should be! They even filled up the gas tank of our new car before giving us the keys. More
The staff (Terry Mykins and Joseph Pippins) were very nice. The buying experience was quick and easy. It took about 2hrs to find the car, go over to finance and then have the car brought out to me. My experience with Overland Park Jeep was for the most part a very pleasant experience. The salesman that I worked with, Terry Mykins, was absolutely top notch. Terry worked tirelessly to gain my busine part a very pleasant experience. The salesman that I worked with, Terry Mykins, was absolutely top notch. Terry worked tirelessly to gain my business. His great customer service skills led me to believe that he would negotiate to get me the price that I wanted, and once that price was found, Terry did what he could to make that number a reality. Terry was by far the friendliest salesman that I dealt with in person. The quality of work that is the Jeep Wrangler I bought, I'm not sure how rating how superb I think the vehicle is will help this dealership, but I think it is great. The price of the vehicle was fair and agreeable to both parties. The only hiccup that happened was when dealing with the finance person Joseph Pippins. Now Joseph swears that he used good customer service/ friendliness & explained this service contract correctly and he was upset to see me back at the dealership to cancel my service contract-a contract that he sold to me. Joseph told me that the cost of the service contract would add $14 to the payments each month of the loan-which would have been a total of $1050. However the total price that I was charged for the service contract was $1721-which equalled a total of $22.94/month. He tried to explain how he had thoroughly explained this and how I was just not understanding what he was saying-but I did the math, and numbers do not lie. When the service contract was canceled, which he did provide great customer service in expediting this process once he evaluated that I would not be swayed in my decision to cancel it, the total price of the loan dropped by $1721. Overall this is a good dealership, dealing with Terry was a pleasant experience. When dealing with Joseph, the person purchasing the vehicle needs to remind him to talk in total cost numbers. More

I have purchased my past three vehicles through the Internet and all in different states. As a consumer, I search for the vehicle that meets my requirements, and then I research the dealership before Internet and all in different states. If the dealership has too many reviews indicating shady qualities or bad purchasing experiences, I will not continue asking about the vehicle. After seeing that Overland Park Jeep Dodge Ram Chrysler had an overall 4.8 average, I had no issues with continuing with the purchase. After it is all said and done, I now understand why they have such a successful dealership rating. My salesman, Frank Weems, was extremely courteous and helpful through the purchasing process. I was able to text him my questions/concerns, and he replied in a timely manner. The dealership even contacted me to make sure that everything was moving smoothly. I had a friend that lived in the area that test drove the vehicle for me and noted some things that needed to be corrected with the vehicle which were very minor. They took care of it right away with no push back. They even picked me up at the bus stop which saved me taxi fare. I was thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness of the dealership and the noticeable professionalism of the employees and culture. Even though it was a 19-hour bus ride out there for me to pick up the car, I would definitely keep them in mind for my next vehicle purchase. I feel like they take great interest insuring that their used vehicles are at the greatest quality that they can be before putting them on the market. More
