Terry was very prompt to respond to any questions I had about the truck, and worked with me to hammer out a deal on the truck. Terry Personally picked me up at the airport, and gave me a tour as well as a KC BAR-B-Q lunch. On arrival at the dealership my truck was spotless, and sitting next to his office for me to inspect. The truck was FULL of gas, cleaned, and totally ready for me to make my return trip home with my prize. Terry gave me a complete tour of the dealership, and introduced me to the people in each department. I am only sorry I will not be able to follow up my service with Overland Park due to the distance from my home. Overland Park has a very professional crew from the first impressions I took. I next sat down with Vince Williams ...........no job is finished until the paperwork is done ! Vince had all the paperwork ready to go. Vince was extremely knowledgeable as to all that need to be done with out-of -state purchases. Vince also knew the best finance rates, and had everything we had discussed prior to my arrival ready to go. Vince was very easy to work with, and has a complete command of the in and out of finance for the dealership. I got to see the waiting room for the clients who wait to have service done on their vehicles, and enjoy a cup of freshly made coffee. The waiting room is very clean, and spacious very nice for those fortunate enough to be within range to have the vehicle serviced by Overland Park. I met Scott Henry who provided me with all the literature to add accessories to my truck. He was very through and provided me with an E-Mail, and number I could use to contact him to order accessories for my truck.
