First of all, I love my new Jeep Grand Cherokee. It was the perfect choice for us. I was happy with the price and trade we made. Terry Mykins is a good salesman but way too busy to handle his customers res the perfect choice for us. I was happy with the price and trade we made. Terry Mykins is a good salesman but way too busy to handle his customers respectfully. I think this dealership is short staffed. When we picked up the new car, we had an appointment. Joseph Pippins handled the paper work. After not selling us the extended warrantee, he wanted to get us out of there as fast as possible. We weren't given time to read the papers we were signing, I tried but he kept looking at his expensive watch and told us he had a kids game to go to. Then Terry could not handle us and passed us off to a part time older man who was doing a good job showing us the cars features. This man was interrupted twice to go help other customers. It was like they already had my check and the next sale was more important that making sure we new how to operate our new car. No one told us how to properly break-in the new motor. Second problem was a interior trim part that was defective or not installed right. As part of the deal, Terry agreed that it was not right and looked bad and said it would be replaced. He explained that it was not a stocked item yet and would have to order it from the manufacture which could take weeks to months. That was fine with us and we excepted the car. He said they would call when the part came in. Ten weeks later no one had called so I called and Terry told me it had come in a few days after they ordered it and was sent back after a month. They reordered it and then comes problem number three. Doug Newman, service manager, just took the part off a showroom car and hammered it on my car with his fist. Looked as bad as the original one. He said they all look like that and that they did not fix things like that and needed to take pictures and send to Chrysler, which would be a long process to solve. He was not friendly and not willing to talk to me about it. I looked at three other Grand Cherokees on the lot and the trim parts all looked great on them. Other friends pointed out the flaw so it was not me being too picky. I was forced to raise a big stink and finally got Doug Newman to put on the new part they had ordered. It looked better but only after my son showed him some rubber sealer part was folded under and was causing the problem, did it finally look good. Appears my son has more sense and ability than the service manager. Every one has bad days but I got the feeling Doug is in the wrong profession! I would NOT recommend this dealership to my friends and I just took their emblem off the back of my car and threw it away! More

I have to say after this being my 6th vehicle purchased and using a different dealership each time, this has to be the BEST car buying experience I have ever been through. TJ was extremely helpful, friend and using a different dealership each time, this has to be the BEST car buying experience I have ever been through. TJ was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the Dodge Journey I had my eye on. Joe Pippins was a wizard with the financing, as I had only average credit and repossession three years previous. Although my interaction with Scott Henry was limited he was friendly and willing to help me out with any extras and setting up a complete car detail. I would STRONGLY recommend this dealership to anyone looking to upgrade to a nicer more reliable vehicle. The savings I made here allowed me to stay on track with my marriage proposal plan.
