He responded promptly, professionally and in a low-key friendly manner to all my inquiries and got me the information I requested. He continually followed-up to make sure I received the information and to ask if I had any questions. I was never "pushed" to make a deal...........although we did. We set up an appointment to finalize the sale. He was prompt, friendly, helpful in explaining the benefits of owning a Grand Cherokee and demonstrating all the features. He made us feel comfortable and kept us informed each step of the process. He also kept the process moving along so we could get "in and out" of the dealership on a timely basis. I would work with Terry again and would recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle. More

This was probably the best car-buying experience I've ever had. Madeline, our sales person, was great! She's a "no b.s." kind of person, so the buying process was very quick and painless. Scott Henry was great! The only bad part of the experience was dealing with the finance person. First, we had to wait quite a while to see him-- 1.5-2 hours. Although they offered to let us take the vehicle home and come back at our earliest convenience to finish the paperwork, we waited simply because we just wanted to get it done. I personally didn't feel comfortable leaving with a car that wasn't in my name. Also, with the finance person, we felt like he tried to sneak in an extended warranty, which also means higher total loan price. When he first explained it, he made it sound like it was included, but after asking some questions to clarify, we discovered it cost an additional $3200 (on top of the price of the vehicle). He let me have time to make up my mind concerning which model I finally decided on. I definitely feel as though Terry will continue to make sure I continue to be thrilled with my new vehicle. Vince Williams was also very easy to work with in closing the sale. Very patient while my husband and I discussed warranty options,asked questions, etc. Again, no high-pressure which is a sales tactic that I despise. This is the fourth vehicle we have purchased from Overland Park Jeep, the most of any other dealer. Terry also sold a car to my mother and he was just as great with her. I have owned and lived by the "Toyota" brand all my life. My mind was set to buy a Toyota Corolla after my accident, when in receiving as a rental a Dodge Avenger. I had seen the ad for the new Dodge Dart but never gave a thought in looking at Dodge. We decided to take a look. Madeline Bailey was the first to greet us. I told her what I was looking for and we test drove the Dart and I thought it was very comparable to the Corolla but liked the look and the feel of the Dart better. I know its the old salesman pitch, but Madeline was very personable, had what I was looking for in mind and did not push the issue. Vince Williams then took us under his wing and explained all the financial possibilities in detail. All in all a very friendly and pleasant experience which I would welcome to anyone. More

Wow! What an awesome experience. We were in the market for a 4X4 since we recently transferred to Kansas from Florida. Terry Mykins made this purchase a pleasant experience. He responded to an inquiry on-line on his day off-Sunday. I set up an appointment for Monday afternoon to test drive the exact car I located on the internet. Within a couple of hours, I test drove the Jeep, traded-in my old vehicle at a very reasonable price based on other quotes from other dealers, purchased a roof rack, and applied for financing. This was my first experience purchasing a car while my husband was at the office. Terry made me feel comfortable throughtout the entire process and was very accomodating to my working husband. I would definitely consider purchasing another vehicle from Overland Park Jeep in the future! More
