That is very disappointing to us, and through this program we have the opportunity to work with you to resolve any issues with your experience at their dealership. we are currently working with the state on taxing the deductible on your plan to see if we are doing something wrong. we also have a chrysler program out for inexpensive oil changes and we did not explain that very well to you. we do not want ant of our customers unhappy but we are human and do make mistakes. we value all our customers and would like to get together with you and see if we can work this out and make you happy. thanks for your help. we did hear back from the state of kansas on the tax on deductibles. according to kansas regulation 92-19-62 "any charge such as a deductible which the customer is obligated to pay under warranty contracts are fully taxable, and each retailer shall collect sales tax on the total charge paid by customer". we have since removed the pricing on our menu board so that we do not confuse customers with our package pricing versus single oil change pricing. thank you very much for bringing these problems to my attention. I'm glad you admit to making a mistake. It would appear that you have no intention of correcting it. Thanks for removing the false advertising. It would appear that your dealership never offered a $17.49 oil change. You offered a 34.95 oil change and a 4 for 69.95 oil change. So it would appear that your sorry you tricked me but your budget is to small to refund the 17.46 you overcharged. And I notice you didn't address the failure to deal with the sliding door problem. It's very difficult to open and close them when they don't release from the power track. I'm sure you'll say bring it back and wait again. But we live out of town so that won't cover the 90 mile round trip to bring it back; 20 mpg 4.5 gal. $3.75 a gal. totals over $16.00 for fuel to bring it back. It looks obvious to me why so many Chrysler Dealers have gone out of business.
