Reed Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram

The reason I brought my jeep in was to get an oil change, general inspection, and to get the sky slider wind deflector installed on my 08 Jeep Liberty. First of all I made an appointment at 8:00 am. I figured that by making an appointment my car would start getting worked on at 8. He asked if I was staying or dropping it off. I told him I would just drop it off, however I needed it done early afternoon. He said it would be no later then 2. I called around 1:30 to see where it was at and he let me know that they did not have the right wind deflector, but they would get it and have everything done around 3:30. He let me know that I needed to change my spark plugs every 30,000 miles so I added that in as well. I show up around 3:30 and my car is still not finished. It is finally done at 3:50. Then he lets's me know that they were not able to install the wind deflector because they did not have it in and that it would take an extra week just to get it in. So basically it took 9 hours to get my oil changed and to change my spark plugs when I made an appointment for 8 am. I then looked at my receipt and it shows that the Spark Plugs cost $24.00. I know that labor is not cheap, but $180.00 to change spark plugs seems to be a bit ridiculous. I don't understand why A. the right part was not ordered, B. Why they did not know that they did not have the right part until 1:30, and why it took 9 hours to complete an oil change when I made an appointment. Obviously they wait to do the cars that are dropped off until later. So, next time I might as well say I am staying and then leave anyways. I am completely frustrated now that I have to wait another week to receive the wind deflector. More

Went in to trade in a car and buy a Jeep Liberty. We just moved into Kansas from the East Coast and was more than pleasantly surprised when we happened upon Overland Park Jeep dealership. We had visited a CarMaxx in MO and had an idea what our trade-in would be. Went onto check out the used Jeeps, and met Joe Trahan. He was great! Showed us what he had and told us of the dealer incentive program and it was such a great deal we ended up buying a new 2012 Jeep Liberty for a better price than a used one would have been. Joe couldn't have been nicer and accommodating. Their trade-in price came in a bit lower than CarMaxx and they honored CarMaxx. Vince from finance was also a pleasure to work with. We came in late on Saturday and he stayed 1 hr after closing to accommodate our schedule and got our car in one day! Loved it. No hassle, and just an all around great experience. More

I was told to try Overland Park Jeep Dodge Ram, I am glad I did. I looked at their web page and found the exact truck I had been looking for. I stopped by early one morning on my way to work and glanced at the truck. I picked up a card for Terry and went to work. Later in the morning I called Terry Mykins and we spoke about the truck and set up a appointment. When I showed up to look at the truck Terry was ready and waiting and very knowledgeable and helpful but not pushy at all. I bought the truck and was in and out in no time, Joe in Finance was great, he had me approved and out in what seemed like minutes. Scott Henry hooked me up with a bed liner and side running boards. This was the most painless enjoyable car buying experiences I have ever had. Not to mention I bought a brand new Big Horn loaded truck, cheaper than what the others wanted to charge me for a Express model with half the options. I will buy the rest of my vehicles from OP Jeep.
