WE JUST GOT WORD BACK FROM KANSAS THAT TAX IS RQUIRED BY LAW ON CUSTOMER PAY DEDUCTIBLES, REGULATION NUMBER 92-19-62 STATES THAT " ANY CHARGE SUCH AS A DEDUCTIBLE WHICH THE CONSUMER IS OBLIGATED TO PAY UNDER THE CONTRACT IS FULLY TAXABLE, AND EACH RETAILER SHALL COLLECT SALES TAX ON THE TOTAL CHARGE PAID BY THE CONSUMER. AS FOR THE OIL CHANGE PROMOTION WE HAVE CHANGED THE PRICING ON THE MENU BOARD SO WE DO NOT CONFUSE CUSTOMERS AS TO CURRRENT OIL CHANGE PRICES. THANKS AGAIN DOUG NEWMAN SERVICE MANAGER

Mr Erickson, I am very sorry that you had a bad experience in our service department. We never want anyone to be treated with disrespect or rudeness. I reviewed your files and feel like we were at fault for not taking the time to drive your vehicle for a hour to get it to act up. We should have taken a completely different approach to fix your vehicle. We should never have set you up for a Saturday repair due to we only have 3 tech on Saturday and 24 techs during the week. I apologize for the inconvenience you encountered. If there is any way i can make this up to you i would like to know.
