Overland Park Jeep made my buying experience a good one. I have been going to Overland Park Jeep for years for service on my existing Jeep, and they have always treated me well, but this wasn't the first pl I have been going to Overland Park Jeep for years for service on my existing Jeep, and they have always treated me well, but this wasn't the first place I shopped. I figured I would "feel" things out at another Jeep dealer to ask questions and get an idea on price. Even though I wasn't committed to buying at this other dealer, it was a horrible experience. They didn't really have what I was looking for on the lot, so they were trying to create what I wanted by swapping parts from other vehicles. The whole experience almost left me in tears. Later that afternoon I decided to see what the people at Overland Park Jeep had available when Travis Jones offered his assistance. Travis was friendly and helpful and didn't try to talk me into anything that I didn't want. At this point, I knew it would be a challenge to find what I was looking for, but he assured me they could find me the vehicle that I wanted. We discussed features and price, and we came to an agreement of terms without wasting my whole afternoon. In a few days, I was signing the paperwork for my new Jeep that actually had more features than what I was looking for. Travis and all the people at Overland Park Jeep were wonderful to work with. They answered any question I had and addressed the smallest little concerns that I had too. I would highly recommend Overland Park Jeep for buying and servicing needs. More
