Reed would not honor their email oil change advertisement. I received an email on May 27th with a service coupon for an oil change. On the coupon it advertised a semi-synthetic oil change for $34.95 along wit I received an email on May 27th with a service coupon for an oil change. On the coupon it advertised a semi-synthetic oil change for $34.95 along with the Reed dealership information. I called to see if an appointment would be necessary and the service department said just come in. When I arrived, I was told that Reed does not have semi-synthetic oil, only full synthetic, and the oil change would be $54.95. I was informed by the service technician that Reed Jeep would not honor the printed price of $34.95. I did not get the oil changed and will likely not use Reed again based on this disappointment.
