Internet/Out-of-Stater: Best Price, Best Experience Bought the car of my dreams online- AMAZING! After 18 years I replaced my car with a Jeep Wrangler. First time buying on the internet, Reed had the Bought the car of my dreams online- AMAZING! After 18 years I replaced my car with a Jeep Wrangler. First time buying on the internet, Reed had the color and options I was after and the price was the lowest anywhere in the country. Taking a leap of faith, asked if there was damage, or any rattling or nuances-wrong, which Andrew who I was dealing with said there wasn't, I bought it and had it shipped up 5 states away (on my own thru Allied Car Carriers). The Jeep arrived in pristine condition, serviced, CarFax, even had the steering recall serviced, and just beyond my wildest expectations. Andrew was easy to work with, returned texts/calls, and everything was a breeze. The only hiccups were the finance guys didn't return my calls, but they did take action to my voicemails. The manager later even found me some deals and applied them to a comprehensive warranty- added bonus. On top of all of this, their 'fees' were incredibly low, I think under $500- which is not easy to beat if you ask how much it will truly take to get a car off the lot. I'd do it again. These guys are good- what they said was the truth, and when you're buying such a large item many states away without seeing it first- that is all that matters. More

Easy, quick, and stress-free Dreaded buying a new car through a dealer. Costco pre-negotiated pricing led us to Reed Jeep. Chris Jones was excellent to work with and, without any negotiating, got a price that was lower than any other dealer we visited. Dishonest The sales person was nice but the dealership is dishonest. We purchased a used car from them, that was advertised as "non-smoking". When I first looked at the car it was very cold and I couldnt smell anything. The day of purchase we started noticing an old smoke smell. As the day got warmer, the smoke smell got stronger and stronger. It was clear that the car WAS smoked in. I dont know if it was by a previous owner or by a dealership employee. We immediately contacted the dealership. They stated that "there is no return policy on a used car". The sales manager also stated "they didnt need to do anything because we purchased the car" My advice to you is DONT BUY a car from this dealership. Reed Jeep is dishonest, reminding us why Car Salesmen are disliked and not trusted. The positive reviews are not reflective of my experience with Reed Jeep. More
