The overall feel of the Dealership was impressive . The staff was laid back with little to no pressure from the sales staff, they were all extremely helpful and knew the product they sold . We had originally narrowed our new car purchase to an Audi Q5 or a Volvo XC60 when we decided to stop by Overland Park Jeep to check out the new Grand Cherokee. Needless to say we were thoroughly impressed, not only with the Jeep, but with the professionalism, knowledge, and courtesy of the Overland Park Jeep staff. Specifically, our Sales Associate John Sorensen was excellent! He knew the Grand Cherokee inside and out and gave us his honest and sincere advice. It was quite a change from the other dealerships we dealt with that same day where we waited excessively for specific questions about the car and financing options. I felt John was THE expert on Jeeps. Since buying a new car for me is determined 50% by the car and 50% by the dealership, the Jeep Grand Cherokee from Overland Park Jeep was the perfect choice. On the day of our pick up, John Sorensen spent time with us to make sure our delivery went flawless (which it did). He took the time to explain all of the important features of the car, helping me to setup my phone, music, and other driver specific options. Not only was I impressed by all the options on my new jeep, I was so appreciative of John's willingness to help get everything set up on the car (despite the 115 degree heat index that day). Suggest dressing down a little bit like other buisnesses. Perhaps shits with your dealership name would promote the dealership when they are out and abput at lunch etc. Overall great EXPERIENCE!! More
