The Service Department personnel are all very friendly and know you by your name after the first visit. I have been taking my Jeep and Chrysler 300 to them since 1997. Great dealer to work with for service. Todd really does a good job of taking care of his customers like family. I have been going to him for 15 years now. I have dealt with Overland Park Jeep/Dodge for around 10 years now and have always had a great experience. The service department is awesome!
