He was honest, up front and forthright with all information about the used vehicle, and showed me others that might also meet my needs that was on the lot. He was never pushy, stayed in his lane, and got others involved when there were questions outside of his field of expertise. He was very prompt with following up with me and even reached out when there was a price drop. This was a deal that probably would not have happened but for his desire to help. As for the dealership itself, I have to give it five stars as well. Of course, it was clean and well maintained. Everyone was polite, kind and helpful. Maybe more importantly, all the paperwork was ready by the time I arrived to sign as I came from out of town. Overall, a pleasant experience...I would have to say a top three experience and I have been purchasing vehicles for over 30 years. More
