Professional Sales Staff (Updated 10/23/2017) I want to call out both Terry Mykins, and Vincent Arguelles for making sure that I got all of the information that I needed to make a purchase. I u I want to call out both Terry Mykins, and Vincent Arguelles for making sure that I got all of the information that I needed to make a purchase. I used USAAs car buying service through True Car, and the exact Jeep I wanted wasn't available but I got references back for 3 dealerships. I got calls back from 3 sales people, Terry, and 2 others at other dealerships. I asked each for pictures, and prices. Terry delivered exactly what I asked for, picture, stock number, price. The other 2 dealerships tried to talk me into coming into their dealership, with out sharing that information, when I pressed for that information my phone rang with a sales manager from each of the other 2 dealerships that tried to tell me that the price they were giving me was so low they weren't making any money. Those dealerships will never get any of my further business. I chose the Jeep that I wanted, and Terry and I set up an appointment for the following day. Terry was with another customer, and handed me off to Vince. While I was looking I fell in love with another Jeep, at the same MSRP, Terry and Vincent honored the price we'd agreed on and I was out the door with my new baby. I drove an extra 30 miles to do business with these guys, and they'll get my business again. 10/23/2017 Update -- Terry promised to have the Jeep detailed when I pick up the title paperwork, I called this morning to ask when we could schedule it, he got it done SAME DAY! I found Overland through an internet search and Jeep.com dealer locator service. I initially emailed to request the best "out the door" price the team at Overland could provide me with on the vehicle they had in stock. I received an email with very good response time from Terry who provided me with not only a competitive price, but excellent customer service and availability throughout the purchase experience. This is highly valuable, as I am an out of state buyer. Terry was instrumental in sealing the deal as I had several competitive bids. Terry and the team there were never rushing the sale with me and provided me with enough contact to feel they were interested in making the deal work, but never with any pressure. I would highly recommend this dealer and Terry to anyone ( KS residents and out of state buyers) looking for a pleasant car buying experience with competitive pricing. The release of the vehicle took a little longer than expected (due to me being an out of state buyer), but Terry stayed in contact to give me updates consistently.
