on April 19, 2024, I brought my 2021 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubi to solve a front brake sticking problem. Frank, the service representative worked with me prior to this appt to determine the proble Unlimited Rubi to solve a front brake sticking problem. Frank, the service representative worked with me prior to this appt to determine the problem and now I am in to have the 2 brake lines and 2 front rotors replaced. Frank was extremely attentive and willing to do whatever it took to make me happy. Since we were very close to being at end of my warranty, it took multiple rounds of discussion with Frank and his management however, in the end they did what was right for me . I was extremely happy with the result and again, very grateful for all that Frank and Reed Jeep did for me. Thank you for doing what you do. I would recommend Frank to anyone... WAY TO GO!!
