Terry Mykins's guidance through this process was outstanding. He worked with me over the phone for a few hours, got the deal worked out and three hours later we arrived at the dealership. To my surprise Terry had the vehicle up on a service lift to show me some damage that had occurred while on display on the lot, but had been repaired with factory OEM parts. Now, I was aware of the damage prior because Terry had fully disclosed this before we set off for KC. But I was surprised that he wanted to show me that the repairs had been done. That is what I call honesty. I could have driven off with this car completely unaware of these repairs and been none the wiser. Kudos to the entire Overland Park Mopar/Jeep dealership team. So, while I am sure they made money off the sale of the car and will make money off the sale of the truck I traded in I feel I got a better deal than I could have at the dealership in my hometown.
