I would not buy here I have owned three Ram pickups and the most recent was purchased from this dealership six years ago from Terry Mykins. It was a good purchasing exper I have owned three Ram pickups and the most recent was purchased from this dealership six years ago from Terry Mykins. It was a good purchasing experience, I felt I got a good vehicle at a good price and thought it was the right place to buy a new Ram. Boy was I sadly mistaken. I had a number of email and phone conversations with Terry in advance of going in to the dealership. I ended up going to the dealership on three occasions, this first two I walked around the lot and stood in the lobby for 10 minutes and was not acknowledged by a single dealership employee and ended up walking out. I thought this was strange since I my previous experience had been so good, so I elected to go back one more time. The third time I was able to connect with Terry and had my existing Ram appraised. KBB fair purchase retail price is $27,500 on my truck, NADA was even higher. My 2011 truck only has 70K miles and it in almost perfect condition, I did not expect retail value but thought it would be higher than trade-in KBB value is $23,500. However they offered an embarrassing low $20,000 for my truck. When I questioned the value I was told to go to a national cut rate used car seller and get my vehicle appraised. We all know what that national chains business model is about, Terry was merely trying to justify a very low appraisal. I am taking my business elsewhere where I feel that I will be treated fairly. Purchased 2017 Charger for AMAZING price!!! I was interested in purchasing a new vehicle during the summer clearance event. The website for Overland Park Dodge was streamlined and easy to use. I then used the online chat who were very polite and scheduled a time to test drive. I was contacted almost immediately by the sales associate Terry Mykins. I was surprised since it was a Sunday evening. We had a great conversation and I scheduled to come in the next day for the test drive. I came in early and Terry had the car ready to go. I loved the car and decided to purchase it. Terry was easy to work with on pricing and Roger Heath the finance guy went out of his way to find me the best financing options. I ended up purchasing some additional warranties and I received them at a reasonable rate! Terry followed me home and then drove me back. He was very detailed in explaining the features of my new charger. All together a very quick, but thorough buying experience! Extremely polite staff!
