He was not pushy and overwhelming unlike others in car sales. He listened to what I was wanting and made it happen. The only reason why I'm not gonna rating 5 stars is because the finance guy didn't go into depth about the extended coverage he sold us. By the end of the experience I had a screaming baby with me and we didn't realize until we got home he sold us the most expensive extended coverage (3,120!) and how much that really added onto the overall price with the interest. He also didn't explain what it covers or the other coverage options. The extended coverage also doesn't go through the manufacturer, but some other party which has several stipulations prior to assisting you when the extended coverage is needed. We will be returning the extended coverage package this week. Other than that the overall experience was great. More
