I then called and spoke with Terry who is super knowledgeable, patient and explained their product well. We met and looked at three different versions of the Jeep Cherokee. He was patient (took two plus hours to decide- we are in decisive) and he never got impatitent, pressured us, etc. His 15+ years experience was obvious as he could compare the uogrades over our 2006 Jeep Commander like he owned it himself. The price was hasself free and equal to best of all other places we had negotiated. He then did the paperwork fast, and had us on our way. Classy, comfortable easy. More

Went back a few days later, drove the truck and then we talked numbers. True to his word, numbers did not change a single penny, other than Steve finding another discount for me. I felt zero pressure to buy the truck and could have walked away if I wanted. While I may not be in the market for another vehicle for many years, I would definitely go back to this dealership and Steve. More

Dealing with individuals in sales can sometimes be difficult, but Terry made it easy and comfortable. We also worked with Dan in Finance. Dan was good, however, I would have appreciated a little more details when it came to the financing. He did not discuss our rates or options just had us sign papers. I did ask some questions which gave us the details, but I was hoping he would have went over options and opened the appointment with the details versus just having us start signing. I was very impressed with the dealership, especially Terry Mykins, who helped me pick out and order the truck exactly as I wanted it. I was deployed to the Middle East during the whole process and I can honestly say I decided to purchase my vehicle through Terry simply because he was always willing to work with me and my complicated timeline. All the details were ironed out before my arrival back to the states, so when I actually had to come in and pick up the vehicle, everything went smoothly. No price renegotiating, no arguing over the value of my trade in, and they even helped me with some paperwork I had forgotten to bring along. Overall, I was in and out in a couple hours- something I never expected when buying a new vehicle. As for the vehicle itself, it is everything I was looking for in my new purchase. It came just as described and was detailed beautifully, I strongly recommend, even for those who might not be close to the dealership. More
