Clayton told me what my final price would be with my company discount and that ordering the vehicle would be the best route to take. At no time during our talk did he try to pressure sale me or fail to answer any question I posed to him. All questions that I emailed to him after the test drive were answered promptly and honestly. I could not imagine a better experience when making a major purchase than I had with Clayton. I am confident that if I had ended up purchasing the Wrangler the entire experience would have been just as good. More

Upon meeting with Clayton Mark I knew he was someone th My wife and I were looking at a Jeep Renegade so I got a wild hair to trade my 2012 Traverse. Upon meeting with Clayton Mark I knew he was someone that I would be comfortable doing business with. He was very honest and actually listened to me when I said that "here is the car I want, here is my trade, and this is the bottom line I'm looking for." Within about 15 minutes we has a no pressure deal on paper. It was a very easy experience. Of course my wife picked a different Renegade off the lot :-) but Clayton had it all sorted out in a matter of minutes. He was also great at delivery where his exhaustive knowledge of all of the computer systems in the Renegade where quite impressive. He even followed up with us the next day to make sure everything was to our liking. Finance was also a uniquely wonderful experience. Dan Drabek was awesome!! It was actually a fun experience and he wasn't one of those "smarmy feeling sales guys." Best Birthday Ever! After a week of very aggressive shopping and dealing, we came across OP Jeep, almost by accident. From the road in we could see an amazing looking truck in the front row. The type of truck that car lots only put out there to show off, not the type of truck that my wife and I expected to be able to afford. So we pull in and meet Steve Schulte, great guy and salesman. We discuss our situation and what we are looking for and where we are from (out of state). He asked if I see anything I like and mention the bright red Dodge Ram out in front. We take it for a drive and I'm hooked on it, we talk about numbers and how there is a huge discount and rebate deal going on for this truck. He even found that there was a extra discount through the company I work for I had never known about. I also told him that we had been out all day already dealing and that time was an issue... All said and done we talked, test drove, crunched numbers, appraised and traded a car, got financed and bought a truck in less that 2 hours and some how Steve found time to fill the gas tank and have the car washed. Never have I had such a smooth time as a buyer. It was a great experience all around. My wife said its not everyday you get to drive off in the best looking vehicle in the whole car lot.
