Friendly, no hassle experience Working with Chris Jones was an excellent car buying experience. I will preface this review saying that i used the USAA Car Buying Service. That being said, there was no haggling involved to get the price i wanted. The actual sales experience with Chris was great. I already knew what i was looking for (charger scat pack) and we hopped in the plum crazy one on the lot and i was on a test drive in minutes. Test drive was no pressure. We talked about some of the cars features and about how it felt as i was driving around. I was given freedom to find my own test drive route. There was no pressure or talk about what I wanted to spend, down payments, etc. i was able to concentrate on the drive and the car. We took a look at a second scat pack that was available and again, no pressure. we discussed the option differences and i debated with both Chris and myself on which one i wanted. In the end i ended up with the plum crazy instead of white and i couldn't be happier. definitely less pressure and hassle than what i experienced at another local dodge dealer. More

My friend recommended Overland Park Jeep, so I checked it out. I had gone to other dealerships in the area, and really disliked my experience. I worked with Joe, who was a great sales man. He helped me find the perfect fit for what I was wanting, and made sure to get me the best price on everything. Unlike other dealers, he listened to what I wanted and didn't push me into making decisions. He was very patient with me, and ultimately matched me with a 2016 Jeep Patriot that I love! I made sure I was getting the best deal, and Overland Park Jeep offered that. No one else could match the price or customer service. Great experience. Will be back for sure! More
