No hate'n on Clayton! I tried to purchase a Chevrolet Silverado from a local dealership and spent 4 hours waiting for them to get the paperwork ready. When i was finally called in from the room with all the other disgruntled customers I found that the interest rate was not what they gave me in writing. They also said they didn't get the upgrade done to install the gps and I would have to bring it back in a week or so. I gave up and walked out. I came into Overland Park Jeep expecting the same kind of treatment and decided to look at a Jeep Wrangler. I told them what I wanted for my truck and they agreed to a deal. I was in and out in less than an hour. Clayton knew everything about the Wrangler in detail and took the time to even pair my phone. It was the best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle and I have purchased approx. 35 over the years between personal and business. I would highly recommend Clayton and this dealership. My company fleet is Nissan vans but the Nissan dealership is owned by the same Chevy dealership my next work van will be a Dodge. More

Nearly all of my preconceived experiences with car dealers were shattered in a positive way. I can't say enough good things about my salesman, Steve Schulte. It's clear that Steve has made it his profession to sell cars honestly and professionally. I had been shopping for a Grand Cherokee for a couple years and been in and out of half a dozen different show rooms gathering information as I made my decision. Steve is unquestionably the most knowledgable salesperson about the product I came across. Steve went out of his way to ensure that, as best he could, he attended to each of my requests during the sales process. As it ended up, I ordered a vehicle and one of my "wish list" items was to watch it come off the car carrier when it arrived at the dealer. Steve made it happen, he even introduced me to the technician who would be preparing it for delivery and made sure it was garaged that night. Above and beyond. Further, I had several other special requests like no dealer logos be applied and that the car not be washed. I figured my salesman would laugh at me, rather, Steve knew exactly where I was coming from and told me of customers who had requested the same thing. On the night of delivery, Steve had all the paperwork as filled out as possible for me to save my time. I could have been in and out in under 20 minutes if I had not elected to do a test drive before accepting the vehicle. I know of two people who have bought new cars recently from different dealerships and their closing process took over two hours. I had no idea how good I had it until I heard their stories. I have had no warranty issues but I did have a vehicle quality issue that bears mentioning. The vehicle arrived at the dealership with a small dent in the front passenger door and two scratches. I did not notice them until in the light of the next day. Steve and the service manager, Doug Newman, took care of me when in reality they did not have any obligation to do so. I was extremely disappointed that the car had the damage on it, especially considering how picky I am about my vehicles' care, but these guys went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase and because of it, I highly recommend Steve Schulte and Overland Park Jeep. More

Excellent service It's so nice to have a dealer do what they say, tell you what you actually need, and then deliver excellent service. I worked with Terry there and he was patient, knowledgeable, and professional. I did my research on the internet and found Terry mentioned by name as a straight shooter and trusted. I ordered a hellcat Challenger at MSRP unlike all the dealers nearest me who were 5K to 20K over MSRP. Terry kept me informed through each step of the process and was accurate with all the information he provided. I recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to purchase another car from them. And of course what can you say about the hellcat. It's awesome! More

It also states that damage is not covered if caused by an aftermarket part. All of that is reasonable, but what they failed to do is actually prove that my after market headers caused any damage. All that they would do is point out I have them, like I already didn't know, and push me along. They never tried to troubleshoot, and always just gave excuses as to why they wouldn't be able to find the problem. I decided to go through Chrysler corporation since they weren't doing their job. Wehnn they decided to void my warranty. Why? Their response "because of your after market headers and your check engine light" . Well you know what wasn't done? Anything to actually prove that, it was all speculation. No test were ever done, they don't even know what the problem is with my car. So how can they know the headers caused it? They don't. Yet they voided the warranty, which is in direct violation with the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, a federal law. I would understand if they actually proved anything, but like I said. They don't even know what is wrong with my car, so how can they say it's the parts fault? Ridiculous. In all honesty, the service techs were always really nice and helpful, and did what they could. It's just the fact that I was bringing my car here for 5000 miles, the mechanics never once found, rather, they never attempted to actually find what was wrong. They made assumptions, broke the law,and voided my warranty. They have the burden of proof, not I. More

I ordered a Hellcat from another dealer in 2015. After waiting what seemed forever with little communication, I learned my ordered had been cancelled by the factory. Fortunately for me, by that time I had met Joe Hoglund and he promised to help me reorder a Hellcat in 2016. If you know anything about these cars, they are uber hard to get. With Joe’s guidance, I finally got it. And I am one happy Mopar loving guy! This car is Amazing and I haven’t quit smiling since I picked it up. Thank you Joe for making my dream come true! More

A lot of friends and family tried to steer me away from this purchase, but I felt I was grown up enough to make my own choice. I walked into Overland Park Jeep, nervous and not really sure what I was suppose to ask for or do. I met Chris Jones and right away he made me feel comfortable and answered my questions. He made this first time experience a very pleasant experience. I didn't feel pressured into buying anything and now I own a new, Jeep Wrangler Unlimited and have only had it a couple days and am in love with it! Thank you for helping purchase my new car Chris!
