He was most informative regarding the pricing features of various models. He tried hard to satisfy our inflated desires at our moderate price! He worked with us untiringly to provide the best possible outcome. Roger Heath in the finance department was also a nice guy to deal with. He was very efficient and wrapped up his aspect of the business very quickly, without pressure. More

I never felt pressure to make a hasty decision, felt free to ask questions and received clear, honest explanations at every step in the process. I like to take time to think about major purchases and Darren was more than willing to accommodate me. Everyone I dealt with here seemed genuinely nice and not like stereotypical car dealers that are just concerned with making a sale. Roger in finance was also great, taking the time to explain everything and answering all questions. And again, no pressure to buy anything you didn't want.... none. Going into a car dealership causes me to be very anxious because I know that once I step foot onto the car lot, I will be fresh prey. Before my husband and I entered the dealership we prayed for someone NICE to assist us. Boy did our prayer come true! Joe Hoglund met us with a warm smile and a firm friendly handshake. He was welcoming and never pushy. Our request and deal was out of the ordinary and difficult, but Joe stuck with us over 1 week of tenuous negotiations...even answering our calls on his day off. At one point our deal was even categorized as "DEAD". With that, any other salesman would have moved on and considered us a nuisance, but Joe continued to take our phone calls, and was open to any ideas we had. Through perseverance on my husband's part and an open mind from the dealership, we are now proud owners of our dream Jeep. I highly recommend this dealership More

I constantly stress the importance of not being a "Car Salesman". I teach the definition of sales is "Professionally helping people make decisions...that are GOOD FOR THEM." Clayton Mark is a perfect example of providing what I teach. He did a great job walking us through the process. I had a lot of after market parts installed on our Jeep Wrangler Rubicon Unlimited Hard Rock. Mr. Mark talked me out of several things I though I wanted to do. Rather than selling me on stuff I didn't need, he helped me rationalize the right decisions. For example I thought I wanted a 3.5" lift with 37" tires. I'm not used to being told no. But Clayton explained why 2.5" lift and 35" tires were better. He was right! I would have needed a ladder to get into what I thought I wanted. The service department took longer than I wanted but I'm very pleased with the final product. Clayton has offered to take us "wheeling" to learn the ropes. He already knew we were buying the jeep and adding all the stuff to it before he made the offer. If you're looking for a guy that's going to tell you the truth and tell you like it is, even if you don't want to hear it, Clayton Mark is the guy to see. More
