I have been driving Dodge Ram 1500 pick up trucks since 1999 so when it came time to buy new truck number 4, the Dodge dealer was my first stop. I was pleased that the salesperson ( Jerald ) picked up on the fact that I was familiar with the brand and did not try to " sell " me anything, but rather was there to quickly and masterfully answer my questions, especially pertaining to the upgrade in electronics. He was patient and thorough in his run down of the UCONNECT Access features and made me feel at ease in their use. I would gladly buy my next new vehicle from Jerald and would recommend any of my family or friends to him. More
