We just wanted to drop you a note to tell you about our experience during this process. First, I would like to say when we came in on Saturday August 8th, 2015 to look at different models we were allowed to just look around. No one was hounding and pressuring us. This was a obvious busy time for the dealership and when we were ready to take a test drive and ask some questions Joe Trahan was available to answer our questions and allow us to test drive very timely. When we decided on the Durango after a ong day at other dealerships, I showed up at 7PM on Monday August 10, 2015. I was just there to let them know we wanted to go with the Durango and just wanted to start the process. Knowing you closed at 8PM I said we could return the next day. Darren Richards was very professional and considerate of our needs. Darren was very quick to get paperwork completed as we waited for my wife to come and complete papers. The team went above and beyond to get the sale complete and ensue we were comfortable with the process. It ended up being 9:30 PM before we left the dealership. Your team again went above and beyond after hours to complete the process. When we picked up the vehicle the next day Darren and the Finance Manager Joseph Pippins were very courtious and worked very fast to get the paperwork complete. Darren then went over the vehicle in deatail to ensure my wife was comfortable in the operation. The one thing that we were a bit disapointed in, and was not a make or break item but, with all the features and technolgy the Durango had we were surpirsed to get home and find that "Homelink" is not standard and not in our model we had to go purchase a garadge door opener that evening. We have always had Chrysler vehicles (Town and Country/Ram 1500) and have always had this feature in the vehicles. Overall we are exteremely satisfied with the service and purchase of our new vehicle. We plan to recomend your dealership to people we know and plan to service our Durango and Ram at your delership.
