Excellent, friendly service! I have been driving Lexus RX350's since 2006. My previous two cars were Jeep Grand Cherokee LTD's, and my stepson recently purchased a 2015 Grand Che I have been driving Lexus RX350's since 2006. After seeing his new car and hearing how much he loved it, I decided to take a serious look myself. Fortunately Terry Mykins reached out to me on-line after I made an initial search, so I made a visit to Overland Park Jeep to see what was possible. The experience was definitely positive for me, as I was treated with respect and never 'pushed' or rushed into making a decision. I was given all the necessary information and a test drive so that I could make an informed decision, and then was allowed several days to do that. In the meantime, I visited another dealership where my stepson had purchased his new Jeep, and I was treated very poorly. At that point I returned to the OP dealership and chose to lease my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee LTD in Cashmere Pearl finish, for which I've already received many compliments. Terry was very helpful and kind to both my wife and me, and we will recommend him, and actually already have, to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. I began Ordering and taking possession of my brand new Challenger Scat Pack was the most pain-free and enjoyable car buying experience i've ever had. I began the process by inquiring online about the Challenger's they had in stock and Terry Mykins was extremely helpful and responsive to my email inquiries. We scheduled a time for me to come in and test drive the Scat Pack they had in stock, there was no hassle or pressuring, but I knew I had to have the car and though they didn't have the exact car I wanted in stock we put in an order and worked out the terms of purchase that day. Terry kept me very informed of the car's build status, and even went out of the way to have the wheels changed from the $1,000 upgrade back to base at my request. From what I had heard, other dealers at the time were saying that this could not be done as Dodge was mandating that the base wheels be saved for other car models and to push the upgraded ones with the Scat Pack. I'm not exactly sure of the veracity of this, but it was all over the online forums at the time, and Terry got the change made no problem! I also had a few requests when I picked up the car, like not putting dealership logos/stickers on the car, and installing the bright chrome pedals that come in the trunk. All of this was done before picking up the car, and the car looked amazing! Based on my experience I highly recommend this dealership and especially working with Terry Mykins. More

Actually there was one on the lot and one in transit, I understand web sites don't update real time so that's acceptable. I filled out my info and received an e-mail from Terry asking for more info, I gave him the info and told him we would be up for a test drive. When we got there Terry greeted us by name and that was good. Terry has been at the dealership a while and we felt he was experienced at the process. we test drove the vehicle and liked it. We sat down to start the negotiation dance. There was a little back and forth on the price of the trade in and I feel we got a good deal, with minimal pain. The process was quick, I told the finance people that I was pre-approved for a certain percentage rate at my bank and they would need to match it, they did. These days you have to go through the extended warranty sales pitch, I don't like it and don't usually buy them. Joe made his pitch, I balked at the full meal deal, but I. The end we did purchase extended warranty and the pre-paid maintenance plan. Everyone was nice and helpful throughout the dealership. terry was very knowledgable about the Wrangler and gave us a lot of info, I had a pretty good grasp on the specs before I went to the dealership. He answered all the questions we had and helped us quickly set up the phone pairing, which is normally a pain. Overall a pretty good experience. More
