Overland Park was able to come through at a price that met my expectations. I am not a newcomer to the car buying experience and Overland Park was able to outperform all previous experiences. Darren Richards set himself apart. His honesty and compassion for ensuring my satisfaction was met and still impresses me. Never once did I feel as if the truth wasn’t being told. I will always consider buying from this dealership regardless of the distance that I have to go. The service didn’t stop with Darren. Due to the nature of the Hellcat, the service department does not drive these vehicles. A mechanical issue arose and ownership immediately jumped in to include me in their discussions with the service department. After determining that a part needed to be overnighted the owner himself personally drove and checked me into a hotel. I was given ample updates and my wellbeing was number one. Terry was very welcoming and helpful explaining the process to a first time new car buyer, and while I couldn't get the financing rate I would have preferred through the dealer (at NO fault of theirs), they were able to work with me to keep my monthly payments close to what I had originally preferred, as well as get me a great deal on my warranty.
