Pleasant Experience at OP Jeep Dropped into the dealership without an appointment to look at a Grand Cherokee. Took a test drive and Darren was very knowledgeable about the product. He quickly figured out what was important to me and what wasn't. I like a sales person who has this ability. I very much liked the car and told Darren that I absolutely hate the car buying process and that if we were going to strike a deal it needed to happen fast. I made an offer and within 10-15 minutes we had a deal. I would consider Darren to be honest, knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy. More
