Hello, We inquired about the vehicle online and as you know the prices are cheaper than if we had just shown up on the lot. The sales associate tried to tell us it was because we had gotten discounts for military appreciation and for being members of USAA. That wasn't true and I don't appreciate being lied to. Also, we didn't get to test drive the vehicle because they were in such a rush to get us to sign papers, as there was another family looking at the same one. We have had it in the shop since then about 4 times I believe, each time only fixing one of the problems. The most recent time we were told that they could not duplicate the problem we described and said if we wanted it looked at again we would have to pay the service fee. I did not make up this problem two weeks ago and suddenly it has come true. It seems to be the transmission, if that is the case then I'm extremely worried. We only have one vehicle and my husband is in the military and we cannot afford to have our "new truck" break down on us. Thanks for reading.
