Zero stars Dropped off my pristine 1 year old Limited X with 1500 miles on it to get an oil change. Literally just cleaned it again this weekend and it was spotless. It took 7 hours for them to get to it with 1500 miles on it to get an oil change. Literally just cleaned it again this weekend and it was spotless. It took 7 hours for them to get to it and get back to me. Even better, there were grease finger prints all over the hood, the fenders and dirty grease smeared on the door sill on the driver’s side. The best part, they spilled oil on the top of the front headlight under the hood and it ran down the entire front of the truck. To top it off the girl at the cashier got smart with me because I didn’t realize where I was supposed to pick up my keys. She told the customer in front of me that I need to learn how to read signs. I was standing right there and she was loud about it. At least the service person was nice and gave me my keys. I paid for these services in my lease. Free oil changes. I wish I hadn’t. I don’t want to ever bring my truck back there again. Basically the worst experience I’ve ever had at any dealership. But don’t go by what I say. See for yourself. More
DO NOT GO TO REEDMAN TOLL! One star because I can’t give less than that! I was interested in purchasing a 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan SXT. I called to check availability and make an appointment. Mike Bowers answered the phone and repeatedly called me sweetheart & started trying to use pushy sales tactics. I called back and said I’d work with anyone but him! I was connected with Justin Larwa. Justin called twice while I was en route to make sure I was still coming in to the appointment, even though I confirmed the day before! The parking lot sucked as far as signage to navigate the 185 acre lot. Once inside, my boyfriend and I had to navigate a maze of showrooms to find where we needed to go. We passed 15 people, and none of them so much as greeted us. I had to wait in line to ask someone how to find Justin. Justin asked for my financial information before offering us a seat. He didn’t offer us a drink of water (though we were obviously parched from the hike around the dealership in the heat), or have the van pulled around so we could see it. He left us for an hour, disheveled my paperwork, and LIED and said I was approved, but needed to put money down. In the same sentence, he told me that the van was sold. He then told me that they had another one that was 4 years older, with more miles, for the same price! When I expressed my dissatisfaction, he was completely unempathetic & rambled on about how he wanted to make a sale! Don’t waste your time going to Reedman Toll! The next day, I went to a different dealership. I drove home in a Dodge Grand Caravan SXT, with more bells and whistles than the one at Reedman Toll, at a payment that worked for me! They went above and beyond to make sure that I got what I wanted and that I was happy. Skip Reedman and go elsewhere! More
I traded my car in and purchased a new car. 24hrs i have check engine light. Took it in for service. I still don't have my car. Tuesday comes and I received a call from the dealership asking me how I'm enjoying my new car. I told them I won't know because I don't have the car you have the car. She told me she would look into it and call me back. I then received a call from a service adviser who was very nasty telling me that the part is on back order and the part wouldn't be in until 8/24/2020. I explained to her I need my vehicle for work and I should not have this problem with a new car I just purchased. She proceeded to tell me to can take my car to Chrysler and have it fixed and that they REEDMAN TOLL of Langhorne was doing Mr a favor by fixing a car they sold me! Nasty service people. They sale you a car that's not in good condition and then treat their customers like crap! More
This is the third time ive had the worst time for service. I simply oil change on a 18 ram v8 . Easiest thing for a oil change . Told me 90 minutes wait . I asked for my keys back and got attitude. I watched her walk out to get my keys and than she had the nerve to lie to me and say it was on the lift. Nope in the same spot it was parked . I left went to my regular mechanic at Penn Jersey . Up done out the door in 30 minutes. Reedman Toll just lost a 20 plus yr customer More

THE WORST DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE EVER Bought a Ford F250 used truck from Reedman Toll in April 2020. Dealership promised me in writing that they would give me NEW matching 2 front tires on Bought a Ford F250 used truck from Reedman Toll in April 2020. Dealership promised me in writing that they would give me NEW matching 2 front tires on my truck and had to wait for them to order it. They called me back 3 weeks later saying tires were in and to bring the vehicle. When we came to pick it up they put the cheapest set of new tires on my truck, and they did not match the back ones. I was really upset because I have a document that stated to match the back tires. Called the management multiple times and they didn't do anything. When we were negotiating the price of the truck, initially the manager of sales department said "would you rather receive additional discount of $600 or do you want 2 new front tires?". Now we are stuck with cheap Continental tires which are not matching the back ones. I looked the price up for continental tires for the model of my car, and they are $175 each. So they ripped us off. I filed the complaint with the dealership and no one has reached out to me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL! they are the worst. More
I will never ever purchase a car here again nor service my vehicle here again. Don’t get me wrong the sales experience wasn’t bad but JEEP DODGE CHRYSLER vehicles are trash. I leased a new Pacifica and brother has leased a new Cherokee they both have had nothing but issues. Service tells you there’s no problems or “they fixed it” after having your car for days. The people who answer the phone are rude. My car has just over 10k miles on it and has been in the shop numerous times for stalling issues, computer issues, check engine lights. The service center couldn’t care less about you. If you’re going to buy one of these crappy brands don’t do it here because after the sale they could care less about you getting it fixed. More

I honestly have to say this dealership was not my favorite place to go. But I do love some of there staff and follow up service. I was in the market looking for a car, and this place offer me a gr favorite place to go. But I do love some of there staff and follow up service. I was in the market looking for a car, and this place offer me a great price. However due to Coronavirus going on. My plan has to put on hold. But I def wanna thank Nashaly Benitez Salame. With her follow up I will def referring and buy from her when time is good. More
