I have gone for service with both Chevy and Dodge, and I couldn’t be more happier! They both have taken care of me actually went over and beyond! I brought my 2016 Jeep Renegadehere due to a sunroof issue (not closing) they were able to recreate the issue (shocker) its broken. They then proceeded to tell be that they were going to clean and oil t issue (not closing) they were able to recreate the issue (shocker) its broken. They then proceeded to tell be that they were going to clean and oil the track and I would have to pay $250 even if it didn’t fix the problem even though I told them that the roof was grinding to a halt. Not sure what their definition of a bumper to bumper warranty is it usually covers everything between the bumpers to put it simply. They have had my car for a week and still not fixed. Against my better judgment I purchased from this dealer now I am stuck with the worst service department ever. Due yourself a favor purchase from another dealer other then Reedman Toll. More
Reedman Toll Chevy Service department is the worst. Had a scheduled appointment confirmed via email. Showed up for the appointment and was told I would have to wait 90 minutes before they would even look at scheduled appointment confirmed via email. Are you kidding me?! In late July, I brought it my 2020 Jeep Wrangler to have the dealership replace a tire that was flat (< one month after I purchased said vehicle). Fast forward to early September AND Jeep Wrangler to have the dealership replace a tire that was flat (< one month after I purchased said vehicle). Fast forward to early September AND I still had not heard about a replacement for my flat tire. Needless to say, I have been driving around with a flat tire on my back! After speaking with the service manager (Kyle) and asked about my replacement tire. Apparently, they had it but NEVER call me- 6-7 weeks later!!! I told Kyle, I have a 42-month lease with you guys AND I am going to be coming back to your dealership for the next 40+ months, THIS is not how I want to start my relationship with this dealership! xxx More
Do yourself a favor and avoid the Subaru service center and RT at all costs!! I paid almost $3,000 on service on my vehicle only to have to go to another mechanic to fix their mistakes. I reached out to the service manager to discuss my issues (I had a comprehensive list), and never received even a response back, let alone an attempt to make things right. Their staff is not friendly, helpful or communicative. It’s nearly impossible to even get in touch with them. Do not trust RT with your vehicle, I can guarantee it will not be taken care of. More
Ryan is very unprofessional, unpleasant and hard to deal with. No communication about the work being done to my car.
