Terrible customer service I just left reedman toll after being there since 7:45 in the morning. I went in for a simple oil change and a tire rotation. I mentioned to the rep at the desk when I dropped the vehicle off that my radio was cutting in and out. Same situation I reported to reedman almost two years ago when I bought the vehicle. They took the vehicle and came back with an estimate of almost $800 stating it would not be covered under my warranty. I gathered the information for my extended warranty, and brought it to the same rep I dropped the key off with. This rep gave push back, and told me it was not going to be covered in a very argumentative way. After I reluctantly paid the bill, I got in my car for the same issue to occur again with the radio shutting off. I went back in and told them what happened, and it seemed like none of the reps really cared. I asked to speak with the manager, he came out and told the rep I spoke with in the beginning to call the extended warranty company and see if it would be covered. The point was: why didn’t they just fix the issue when I first brought it to their attention? More
Another great experience with Ron. He gets the deals done. I have purchased seven maybe eight vehicles from Ron. He explains the features of the cars to me. I usually trade in every 3 to 4 years the trade numbers are ones that are always close enough to work with . Ron makes himself available and gets the job done so I can drive home in a new car .Ron also follows up after the sale. I brought in a neighbor who was upside down in her trade he got her financed and out the door in a fairly new car. Thanks Ron. More
Online department limited help. I am one that busy lots of cars, I get bored quick. With online buying I have been able with many dealerships to have the paperwork ready to sign when I walk in the door, with this dealership it seems as though their online department can only send automated messages and supply a price quote. They're not willing to discuss any trades, while I know if I got to the dealership and my trade was not as my pictures and details described that trade value would be adjusted. My trade is brand new only 7k miles and spotless which was shown in pictures. I have even dealt with another location of Reedman toll and they were much more helpful. The entire purpose of online shopping is to get ducks in a row before entering the dealership in my case many time to complete everything, I understand dealerships operate differently but if you're looking to do more online or before entering the dealership than receive a price quote that includes things you don't actually qualify for avoid sending this dealership a request. Rating of dealership for me was poor since they were not able to provide information as requested. Lauren was nice but can only provide very limited information when it comes to the "whole picture" More
Almost Died Do not go here! I was in for service on Thursday the 16th at 10:45 AM. Just a quick Jeep wave oil change and tpm light check. When finished I was head Do not go here! When finished I was heading home when my Jeep started to violently wobble from side to side. Very disturbing. They forgot to tighten ALL of the lug nuts!... I made it back to the shop and got everything fixed. However, I can't get rid of the thought on just how disturbing this mistake was. I could have been killed. I have 3 children and one just got his license. I almost had him take the car in that day. There has be NO response or survey. I sent several messages to John-head of service. No response. They are hiding! I waited for a survey of some sort but it never came. Chapman Jeep and Lansdale Jeep are not far from there with proper service. Go there instead. Don't mess with a potential death because of poor service. More

Pleasant Experience I had initiated an email inquiry about the Subaru Legacy 2.5i Limited with EyeSight and Nav package which was listed on the dealer website and receive I had initiated an email inquiry about the Subaru Legacy 2.5i Limited with EyeSight and Nav package which was listed on the dealer website and received a call from Steve Ciocco the next day. When we spoke, I asked him to provide the lowest price that he would sell the vehicle. Since it was a Saturday, it was a long (& busy) day from start to finish. In addition to test driving the 2.5i, I also drove the 3.6R Limited. In the end, the 2.5i Limited checked all the boxes and so we proceeded to negotiate (trade-in). After the paperwork was finished, Steve was very patient and accommodating and spent about an hour with us reviewing various components of the car and setting up Android Auto. More

The place was very busy when i bought my pre owned hyundai sonata but it was a saturday and they are a huge place. Despite this i received excellent service. The salesperson and manager worked hard to get me the deal i felt comfortable with and were never pushy or seemed misleading like many others. The thing that really impressed me however, was the service. I received 8 free oil changes with my vehicle. Today i came to claim the first one. They have a great waiting area with free coffee and comfy couches as well as free Wi-Fi. The employees are also friendly and professional. I was surprised to find out that a free multi point inspection as well as a complimentary car wash are also included. The oil change is a 5k mile, expensive oil kind as well. Great place and i highly recommend it. More
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE WITH REEDMAN We have purchased 3 brand new Dodge vehicles from Reedman in Langhorne. Most of the sales staff we dealt with were helpful, friendly and competent. We have purchased 3 brand new Dodge vehicles from Reedman in Langhorne. Most of the sales staff we dealt with were helpful, friendly and competent. We felt like we got a good deal on our purchases. The service center and the quick lube center are totally incompetent. The customer service staff are rude and argumentative. They have supposedly fired and hired the entire staff multiple times. The turnover is ridiculous. The service staff are unable to incorrectly diagnose any issue and refuse to fix anything under warranty. It is quite obvious not one person in the service department cares about making anyone satisfied, including their own sales staff. They offer free oil changes on new car purchases and then strip the drain plug and claim it was not them even though they are the only place that has ever serviced the oil changes (since they are free! come on!) They appraise your car without permission and then give you a written quote which they won't honor. Since it is almost impossible to buy a car that never needs service, it would be better to avoid this dealership entirely, but at all costs, avoid Dodge service. More

They rotated my tires but didn’t reset my car so when 1 of my car tires said it was low on air it indicated the wrong tire. I filled the indicated tire (wrong tire) it almost exploded. Just got an oil change and they forgot to put the plug back in allowing my car to break down on the highway at 5 AM & prob caused more issues. Now had to call out of work, lost money, and they are “....still looking into it”. I have an extended warranty on the car I pay monthly and still treated this way. I will never buy from Reedman toll again & will warn all I know looking to buy there. More

It was paid off and I was planning to give to my grand daughter when she was old enough to drive in 2 years. I went to Reedman-Toll in Langhorne and worked with the Used Car salesman Ron Rivera to find a great car with low miles. We found the perfect car, great shape, really low miles and for a price that was almost what my insurance gave me for my totaled car. The small balance, not covered by the insurance check, was financed by their Finance Manager. Moshe at a low rate for a used car... They were polite, service was performed in a timely manner and I love my car. Our salesman came in on his day off so I could pick up my car ASAP. More
