Nope! 5 hrs last week... 6 1/2 last night... exhausted & hungry and they did nothing extraordinary to make up for all the time, stress & anguish caused... oh wait we got a free future detail...wow. Even highest management could care less. Sadly this was it for us. More

Things were nice and smooth Chris Quigley was a great salesman. He was patient with me and my family as we hounded him with questions about some vehicles. Fees TWO MONTHS after car was returned. I leased a vehicle from ReedmenToll, my wife decided she wanted a different car, (bigger). I returned to Reedman’s and asked what can be done? I was r I leased a vehicle from ReedmenToll, my wife decided she wanted a different car, (bigger). I returned to Reedman’s and asked what can be done? I was returning the lease 9 months early (May of 2017). The salesman stated that they would have to do an inspection of the vehicle first before anything else. After the inspection the salesman stated we are good to go, I do not owe anything on the lease. We then proceed to fiance a different vehicle. July 2017 I received a call from Chrysler Capital (July 26th.), (the company that ReedmanToll used for the lease), and stated I owe them $697 dollars for wear and tear and they sent me the bill. I did not receive a bill from them. They stated I could make the payment right over the phone and I informed them I will not pay. ReedmenToll did the inspection and said I owe nothing. They then stated they will send out another bill and I would have to negotiate with Reedmen. I informed the person on the phone that that was already done when they did the inspection. They stated they will not contact ReedmanToll for any payment. I called ReedmanToll twice, both times leaving messages, explaining the issue in detail. I have not received any call back. I sent an email explaining the issue in detail. I have not received any response. I believe I am being scammed by both of these companies and something needs to be done about it. $697 dollars may be peanuts to these multi-million dollar companies but to me and my family it’s a large amount! More

When I arrived it appeared he was more concerned with his wife and children waiting in the car outside coming to lease her a new car... Should have had another sakesman take care of us... Grounding my wifes lease was included in the origional deal we were rold rime and time again when we agreed upon the payment and low and behold after the agreemnet the price changed as did the payment, and not to our favor... The salesman was short with us could not explain effectivly what was in black and white... Decided to get some guy Bob who also was short and rude so we stood up and walked out never to return nor will anyone i know... I hope the salesmans wifes lease was worth loosing a sale and possibly many more. I was a car salesman for 8 years many years ago and this is why i wont ever do it again..... A Great Day We entered Reedman and were greeted by Shane Corbett. There were 5 of us and I was immediately impressed as he introduced himself to each one of We entered Reedman and were greeted by Shane Corbett. There were 5 of us and I was immediately impressed as he introduced himself to each one of us and waited to hear all of our names. We were looking for a car that my daughter needed for school and Shane was able to listen to us and and determine what was most practical for her needs. He was very personal, clear and willing to show us a wide variety of cars. He was patient and recommended several cars that we test drove around the track. Shane saw that we did our research and continued to assist us with our search. The weather was extremely humid and as early afternoon approached he continued to work with us to make sure we were focused on our choice. We were able to narrow down our selection to 2 cars . Shane recommended we take a break and think things over. He went inside and gave us a few minutes to talk thiings over. It was a nice experience and when he returned we had finalized our choice. He finalized our deal and did the necessary steps with financing office and other steps to complete the purchase.
