Had a confirmed appointment for a simple oil change. Service on my car did not begin until I had already waited for 90 minutes. BECAUSE they took walk ins ahead of the confirmed appointments. The supervison in the Service Dept was rude, and did not apologize for the very long delay. I finally got out of there longer than 2 hours. More

Went there for a tire rotation and oil change. Received call stating everything was completed. When I went to pick up car, I know the tires were not rotated because I use chalk to mark them up t Received call stating everything was completed. When I went to pick up car, I know the tires were not rotated because I use chalk to mark them up to know what position they are in before rotation. Mechanic agreed that he did not do it. 15 minutes later I was told I owe 90 dollars because THEY broke a bolt. They should had stopped if the bolt was difficult to remove and ask me if they should continue or not as it could break. Should not wait until after you break something to tell customer . . too bad you owe us now. More

Purchased vehicle on 4/1/24 salesperson was Ron (Columbo)Sosky. Said things then didn’t stand behind his word once papers were signed. Every question or issue always put off on others and said out of his hands but will say anything even if bulb out call me. Now he knows he did wrong and don’t even answer or reply now. Eric (manager) was very nice. If purchasing a vehicle from Reedman stay away from Ron Sosky Deal with Eric if anyone he is helpful and doesn’t push off on others at the dealership when have questions or concerns. . Ron never showed me any other vehicles even when asked about the grand Cherokee nor did he explain anything regarding the features of the vehicle which found out as I drove the vehicle and thought something was wrong with the steering.
