Every question or issue always put off on others and said out of his hands but will say anything even if bulb out call me. Now he knows he did wrong and don’t even answer or reply now. Eric (manager) was very nice. If purchasing a vehicle from Reedman stay away from Ron Sosky Deal with Eric if anyone he is helpful and doesn’t push off on others at the dealership when have questions or concerns. . Ron never showed me any other vehicles even when asked about the grand Cherokee nor did he explain anything regarding the features of the vehicle which found out as I drove the vehicle and thought something was wrong with the steering. I leased my car through a leasing company in NY and Edward Otterbein delivered it to me back in 2021. When my lease was coming to an end I reached out to Edward to see how I could buy out my lease. He Edward Otterbein delivered it to me back in 2021. When my lease was coming to an end I reached out to Edward to see how I could buy out my lease. He told me I had to drive to the dealership which was an hour and a half from me to purchase the vehicle. When I asked if I could goto a dealership near me I was told they would charge me close to a $1000.00 for a vehicle safety check and they would do it complimentary since the vehicle came from that dealership. Upon reviewing the documentation at home I realized the safety check was worked into the buy out price. When I called and asked Ed about this he was beating around the bush and referred me to his supervisor who refunded me for half of the amount. When I was finalizing the paperwork I worked with Curtis who told me I was getting employee pricing for the extended warranty which was nearly $4000.00, I clearly asked if I could service the vehicle at a Jeep dealership near me which he informed me yes to find out the dealership near me only worked with Mopar and he sold me Zurich. I canceled the warranty a week after I purchased it and it took approximately 2 months to get the refund, I also refinanced with my credit union who I wanted to go through from the beginning, however they told me I had to go though the companies they worked with. I was naive to the lease but out process and feel like I was bamboozled by these guys. Just a heads up for people they deal with in the future. Edward Otterbein no longer works for Jeep and is working with Subaru. More
I cannot say enough praises for the service I rec'd from Subaru dept. I especially want to single out Robbie who took care of me. He was patient, listened to my issue and did not give up or right me off whe Subaru dept. I especially want to single out Robbie who took care of me. He was patient, listened to my issue and did not give up or right me off when I had to come back when the problem persisted. It finally was resolved after several years and several prior visits dealing with a parasitic drain with the battery. I credit Robbie with getting this done. Excellent customer service! More

My Subaru Forester was serviced for warranty work at Redeem-Toll Subaru in Langhorne, PA. The work was to replace an axle boot. When I got home, I noticed a piece of the bumper (fog light bezel) was missing. I explained that the part was missing and she couldn’t reason that the missing part could have been a result of the work directly behind where the missing part was instead, she quoted me $984.54 for the part to replace the entire bumper and paint. She stated that the bezel is not sold separately. I reached out to the General Manager, Jim Hughes, who also said I would have to pay almost $1,000 to replace the part and I could go through my insurance with no assistance from them. I called another local dealership who said the part is sold separately for $37.99. I feel that this was a total SCAM and they were unreasonable and completely unprofessional. I will NEVER go there again! More
