I’ve been a customer for 4 years and this was the worst experience of them all. Dealer rep failed to call me when my vehicle was ready I left a voice message and 3 hours later no call back. When I went to experience of them all. Dealer rep failed to call me when my vehicle was ready I left a voice message and 3 hours later no call back. When I went to pick up my vehicle was not told where it was parked and low tire light came on with only 13% air in tire being that I just had my vehicles tire rotation and inspected I should not had to bring this to the rep attention it should of been checked before picking up my car being that I didn’t not have any issues with my tires before services also next day low tire light came on again and realized I had a nail in tire. Completely dissatisfied for service More
