Don’t respect the appointments and customers time My sister in law took the truck for the service she get there at 8:40 and the appointment time was at 9:15 then they send her back home to wait until My sister in law took the truck for the service she get there at 8:40 and the appointment time was at 9:15 then they send her back home to wait until they call her when the truck was ready then when she call costumer service at 4:20 pm they tell her if she can go back on Monday because they doesn’t have time to do the work and it was just a oil change and check the brakes so my brother decided to go get the truck how is possible that they have the truck for 8 hours and they don’t event do the oil change so they tell my brother that they do at the last minute so I don’t know if they do the right oil change next time make sure that you’re workers start working right away on the cars that’s why customers make appointments .... Meagan was amazing I had a terrible experience with Regal specifically the service department earlier this year installing new tires on my Cadillac. I swore I would neve I had a terrible experience with Regal specifically the service department earlier this year installing new tires on my Cadillac. I swore I would never do business at Regal again. When I called up to ask about the 2019 Chevy 2500's Meagan answered, I told her from the get-go what happened earlier this year. She asked me to give her a shot to earn my business. She was upfront, honest, kind, and genuine. Made the truck buying process incredibly easy, I am completely satisfied with the purchase of my new 2019 2500 High Country. Meagan has also followed up promptly about my lift and accessories. I plan on buying from her again in 2 years. Interested to see how the new service department treats me in a few days. More
