The process was very efficent, which is important to us. Our first statement was, "We are not buying today" so that we could give the sales rep a chance to run. We didn't know a lot about the different models but once we told him the things that were important to us, he knew exactly where to take us. He used the old school method of sending us home with the car...I have to admit that really did put the icing on the cake. We knew we were going to buy but having the opportunity to take the sports car for a normal days routine really helped reassure us. We moved from a classy Cadalliac CTS to a sexy (& powerful) Camaro SS and have no regrets. We were coming from a Cadalliac and all of the dealer perks (free car wash, oil changes, etc.) yet we didn't feel at all like we were down grading with our Chevrolet purchase ...C'mon its a Camaro.
