Had an 8:30 appointment for an oil change. Dropped off at 8:15. Was told it would be 3 hours before they got to it. They had several others to do. Not happy at all. I should have known better from the first time I leased the GMC Terrain from you. Can’t even get doors off. Rusted together, all of the fluids are low. Will be scheduling appointment for you to fix what is wrong and shouldn’t be. Bought vehicle three weeks ago. Took 3 Monday’s and two reminders to get back seat ordered from eBay. Still need another key and the security set up. No follow up calls or check ins to let me know what is going on. Except Jeff sent text to say back seat was ordered this Tuesday and should be in this week. It was supposed to be ordered last Monday when Gabe told Jeff he would take of the seat the Monday before. Very frustrating. I wouldn’t do that to any of my clients. This is a 40k vehicle. More
