Kelsey was very helpful and had my car done ahead of the time we had originally talked about, which is always nice. The only thing I'd like to mention is that just because she works on a Saturday doesn't me time we had originally talked about, which is always nice. The only thing I'd like to mention is that just because she works on a Saturday doesn't mean the rest of the world does. And even though she was calling me with the good news that my car could be worked on earlier then expected due to the part being ready and painted , and that I had happen to get up 5 min earlier, doesn't take the fact away that she called me on a Saturday at 730am. A little too early as far as I'm concerned especially for someone who gets up all week at 4am for work an tries to sleep in a little bit on Saturdays . I wasn't upset with her, only because I was up already, but just wanted to mention it so maybe she could be coached on this for future customers. Kelsey is definitely a asset to your company but just like all of us, we all have some things we can work on to make us even more valuable to the company we're working for. Thanks for your time.
