Incompetence in every aspect. Many of the phone operators are unintelligible. Calling for updates, no one knew the status of my car. Said they’d call back. No call back. Took them seven hours to complete and I’m not convinced they did the work since the whole experience was a jamble. Took my son’s car in the next day. Left it. Got a call back an hour later saying they didn’t have the part. Dropped off my son to get his car and it took an hour for them to bring the car to him. While he was waiting a salesperson accosted him asking if he’d like to upgrade. More

I had no problem waiting for the repair parts for the doors to come in and it wasn’t a big deal when the parts hadn’t arrived a week later when I came to pick up the car.The only negative thing I have to say is that when I drove off the lot the check engine light came on. I had asked about the warranty on the car when I did the test drive and was concerned about having to make repairs on what was practically a new car. Maybe I misunderstood the paperwork but I was charged almost $1500 for an inspection for a vehicle that had something wrong with it. Luckily I bought an extended warranty and only had to pay an additional $100 to have a car that only had 31k miles on it. Am I satisfied with my purchase? Absolutely, I’m in love with my car! Am I satisfied with the service I received? The employees I interacted with were top notch. I did understand what I was paying for? Eh, probably not. Will I ever buy another vehicle from Regal? Yes! There is a reason I have bought 4 vehicles from Regal. You guys are the best! More

So unorganized what should take 10 minutes leads to an hour waiting or sending you to building that doesn’t have your car or knows anything about you being there for any service then send you back where y hour waiting or sending you to building that doesn’t have your car or knows anything about you being there for any service then send you back where you started and Mgr goes to look for your car because they have no clue where it is. I was put off dropping car off because no one could find keys to another customers car so I waited till everyone was done looking then I was given attention. What a zoo Mgr is very aggressive towards customers and employees no respect for individuals. More
