There were some issues with final paperwork by Jarret, and Chris stayed later than he was supposed to to get it all straightened out for me. As I was on my way to pick the vehicle up Jarret called me to l and Chris stayed later than he was supposed to to get it all straightened out for me. As I was on my way to pick the vehicle up Jarret called me to let me know he realized he made the mistake and came back after hours to fix the mistake and apologized profusely. I realize mistakes happen and the fact that he was willing to come in after hours to take care of my situation, and called me to apologize really meant a lot. Everyone makes mistakes and I feel that the way a company deals with negative situations says way more than how they do with positive situations. The way Chris and Jarret took care of me tells me that Regal Chevy is the type of business I like to do business with. I just opened a new business location in the area and will definitely be returning for future service work. More

I’m actually pretty upset with my service. I scheduled my appointment on Monday and I asked the young lady named Shayna more than once if I had a free oil change still available and she guaranteed me I still appointment on Monday and I asked the young lady named Shayna more than once if I had a free oil change still available and she guaranteed me I still had a free oil change so that is why I went ahead and scheduled my appointment for Tuesday. I was upset when the gentleman that helped me get checked in told me that it would cost me about $70 on a service I was told would be free. I had already took time off of work to go up there so I just stayed and got the oil change. I just hated the experience I had when I was told one thing and to find out it was inaccurate at time of service. More
