Regal Chevrolet - Service Center

Being a service member, this dealership is one of the worst I have ever had to deal with. They absolutely do not value what customer service is. The shuttle driver does a better job and anyone else. Every-time my vehicle has been there for service they seem to magically erase the file and can’t find anything on it the next visit. Jessica and the service manager loves to argue and correct people about their warranty’s when it always turns out to be incorrect and they simply can’t ever apologize for making a mistake. Vehicle is in for a tire replacement under warranty. It left with a sensor issue. Now that I can bringing it back they want to say that warranty isn’t covering it and that I damaged the sensor on my own. No, your employees may have damaged my sensor replacing the rim. When I tried to speak to the manager, he waited over two days to return my call and was bluntly rude and disrespectful. This is a dealership that I would advice no one to purchase from or find someone else for service. They don’t value troops nor do they value customer service More
