Buying a car is both fun and aggravating. Worked with Mike all over the phone for our brand new 2021 GMC Yukon XL. I was nervous at first making such a large purchase over the phone, but Mike gave me his word and delivered. Regal North lot sold me a lemon. You didn’t inspect this GMC Acadia correct (lack thereof) and now it needs $2,600 worth of work done. Literally, not even one week off the lot.
