I took my 2018 GMC Arcadia with 34,600 miles back to Regal for a recurring problem. I was disappointed and upset when they were going to charge me to fix the problem this time because the bumper to bump Regal for a recurring problem. I was disappointed and upset when they were going to charge me to fix the problem this time because the bumper to bumper warranty had expired. After working with the Service manager to find a satisfactory solution, the dealership fixed my problem and did not charge me anything. I was very happy it all worked out and I will be bringing my car back for service in the future. What started out bad.... ended up very good and what I hoped for!! More

I was at the dealership for nearly 5 hours. I had my tires rotated and a battery change and they also did a motor diagnosis. The battery was the only thing that really needed to be done. Had I know they tires rotated and a battery change and they also did a motor diagnosis. The battery was the only thing that really needed to be done. Had I know they were going to be short staffed I would have requested a different appointment date etc. but I leave and none of my tire pressure sensors were working (I knew 1 of them were out previously) and my battery voltage was already low on the new battery. I got a service call and explained to them about it and no remedy was offered and that’s even after I called and talked to my service manager. Was a complete waste of my time and money. I’ll find another ship to do any work from here out. More
